Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Communications Manager to join their client's innovative team in Palo, Alto, California. The ideal candidate will contribute to pioneering Ultrasound Renal Denervation (uRDN) therapy to treat hypertension. Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Development
- Develop and execute integrated content strategies across various channels and audiences to support business, brand, and marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation of compelling content both as an individual contributor and in collaboration with vendors.
- Build and manage comprehensive campaigns from concept to deployment and performance measurement.
- Champion the implementation of new tools, methods, and best practices to engage audiences effectively.
Creative Direction (Visual, Verbal, and Experiential)
- Develop marketing materials from concept to production in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Provide subject matter expertise in design, brand, and copywriting.
- Select and manage vendor relationships to ensure strategic, timely, and budget-conscious creative delivery.
Analysis, Insights, and Measurement
- Synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative research to refine customer segments and personas.
- Apply insights to enhance audience-centric content strategies.
- Measure and assess content and campaign strategies, applying learnings for continuous improvement.
Budget Management
- Forecast annual budget requirements and manage budget allocations aligned with plans.
- Oversee vendor contracting and related purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or marketing communications roles, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing communications content development, including copywriting and design direction.
- 5+ years of vendor selection and management experience.
- 5+ years of budget forecasting and management experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter driven to execute and improve continuously.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic business environment and build cross-functional relationships.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Haves:
- Hands-on graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
- Experience in downstream marketing and interventional cardiology.
- Direct-to-patient marketing communications experience.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $176,784 to $195,000 per year, with the starting base pay determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
